About payment

Automatic monthly billing registration

1. If you register your credit card, it will be automatically paid every month.

   We will automatically calculate the number of active users at the end of each month and email you the price.

   From the second payment and on, will be paid on the same day of every month. (ie. If your first payment was on 8/10, second payment will be on 9/10)

2. HereLogin into your workspace.

3. You will be prompted to register your credit card.

Change credit card

1. HereLogin into your workspace.

2. The credit card registration screen will appear. Please register the credit card you want to change to.

Stop payment

1. If you chat stop ROSA payment to ROSA on Slack, payment will be discontinued.
